Function of diesel winch buffer

 For the cylinder of non-standard diesel winch with large movement quality and high movement speed, if the cushion capacity of the cylinder itself is insufficient, it will still cause damage to the cylinder head and equipment. In order to avoid this damage, a buffer should be set outside the cylinder of the non-standard winch to absorb the impact energy. The common buffers are spring buffer, pneumatic buffer and hydraulic buffer. The spring buffer uses the spring compression to produce elastic force to absorb the mechanical energy during the impact; the pneumatic and hydraulic buffers mainly convert the impact energy into heat energy through the throttling flow of air flow or liquid flow, among which the non-standard winch hydraulic buffer can withstand high-speed impact and has better buffering performance.
