The maintenance of diesel winch is divided into three levels

1) Check and adjust the brake and clutch, remove the oil and adjust the clearance according to the regulations.

2) Check and adjust the electromagnetic brake. If the pin hole and pin are worn too much or loose, the pin should be replaced. Adjust the clearance between the brake pad and the brake wheel to reach the specified value. Check the transmission device, open gear teeth should not be damaged and broken.

The second level maintenance of the winch: the winch is generally maintained every 600 working hours. In addition to all the work of the first level maintenance, it also includes:

1) Check the brake and remove oil. When the brake band is worn too much and the rivet head is close to exposed, it should be replaced in time. The gap between the brake belt and the brake wheel shall be uniform, and the contact area shall not be less than 80%.

2) Check the wear of gears, shafts and bearings. The tooth thickness wear shall not exceed 20%, the clearance between journal and copper sleeve shall not exceed 0.4mm, and the radial clearance of rolling bearing shall not exceed 0.2mm, otherwise it shall be repaired and replaced.

3) The wear degree of the reducer tooth surface of the winch, the lateral clearance shall not be greater than 1.8mm, and the bearing clearance shall not be greater than the specified value. Check the integrity of the oil seal. Check and clean the operating mechanism.
