1. One kilogram of oil must be added to the gearbox before startup, otherwise the reducer will be damaged and the service life of the machine will be shortened.

2. Remove the protective cover of the dumpling machine and check whether the tightness of the chain is appropriate. The chain cannot be too loose or too tight. If it is loose, it will rattle, and if it is too tight, it will bend the shaft. Then check whether the screws are loose.

3. Check the roller and powder box of the dumpling machine to see if there are accessories or other sundries in it, so as to prevent damage to the dumpling machine when starting up.

4. Connect the power supply, start the switch, listen to whether there is any abnormal sound, and then check whether the dumpling machine is rotating forward or reverse. If it is reverse, turn the wire head of the power supply down, and then start it again after confirming that there is no problem.

5. After startup, check whether the conveyor belt deviates to one side. If the conveyor belt deviates to the other side, it will be tight. The hand wheel over there is clockwise. Or loosen the handwheel in the opposite direction, which is counterclockwise without too much adjustment. It will not deviate slowly. The conveyor belt cannot be too loose or too tight. If it is loose, it will slip, and if it is tight, it will pull and bend the shafts on both sides of the conveyor belt
