Main Sources Of Noise From Diesel Pile Driver Machine

Since the noise of diesel pile driver is accompanied by winch drum assembly and transmission parts, it may be caused by large clearance of drum sliding bearing. We select the matching clearance of drum parts of diesel pile driver to ensure that the clearance between bearing hole and main shaft meets the requirements of the drawing, and conduct the test after assembly. 

During the test, the variable frequency motor is used for speed regulation, and the influence of speed on noise is observed. A large number of test results show that the influence of speed on noise is the first. The higher the drum speed is, the greater the noise value and the more intense the machine vibration is; Secondly, the greater the clearance between the main shaft and the shaft sleeve, the greater the noise.
