The ambient temperature is 40 ¡æ in summer and heating mode is adopted when the temperature is lower than 0 ¡æ in winter to make the ambient temperature higher than 5-10 ¡æ. High precision vegetable chopper requires constant temperature air conditioning environment, generally above and below 20 ¡æ. However, due to the high precision and automation requirements of many vegetable cutting machines, there are strict requirements for the viscosity, oxidation resistance (service life) and cleanliness of lubricating oil.
