Harm Caused By Overheating Of Reducer Of Pile Driver

The hazards to the equipment caused by overheating of the pile driver during operation in summer are listed here for your reference only:

1、 Make the pile driver produce thermal deformation, and the moving parts with different thermal expansion coefficients in the hydraulic components get stuck due to the smaller matching clearance, resulting in action failure, affecting the transmission accuracy of the hydraulic system, and leading to the deterioration of the working quality of the parts.

2、 The viscosity of the hydraulic oil of the pile driver is reduced, the leakage is increased, and the volumetric efficiency of the pump and the efficiency of the whole system will be significantly reduced. Due to the decrease of oil viscosity, the oil film of moving parts such as slide valve becomes thinner and cut, and the friction resistance increases, resulting in increased wear.
