Calculation Method Of Water Consumption Of Fog Cannon
Range is an important parameter of long-range fog cannon machine. In the industry, products are determined according to range, number of nozzles, water pump power, hydraulic station power, motor, etc. Generally speaking, fog gun machines with conventional ranges of 30 meters, 40 meters, 50 meters, 60 meters, 80 meters, 100 meters, 120 meters and 150 meters have different water consumption in different ranges.
As the configurations of different manufacturers are different, the water consumption is different. In order to accurately calculate the hourly water consumption, it is necessary to ask the manufacturer to provide the spray flow, and then carry out formula conversion.
Spray flow refers to the water consumption of the spray gun per minute, in l/min.
Calculation formula:
Hourly water consumption (ton) = L / min × 60÷1000
For example, the spray flow of the 60m fog gun is 60L to 80L per minute. Using the above formula, 60 times 60 divided by 1000 equals 3.6, and 80 times 80 divided by 1000 equals 6.4. The hourly water consumption of the 60m fog gun is between 3.6 tons and 6.4 tons. The water consumption can be adjusted and controlled.
