How to use and operate the dumpling machine: Switch on the power supply for test run: after cleaning and restoring the installation, we can switch on the power supply to start the machine. Before switching on the power, place the clutch handle of the filling pump at the stop position, and use the hook wrench to back the dough auger to the rear end. Check whether the connected power supply is consistent with the rated voltage and number of items of the machine, and then connect the power supply after confirmation. 

After starting, check whether the machine has electric leakage and judge whether the rotation direction is correct according to the rotation direction of the forming die. If the machine rotates outward, it is correct. After the machine runs normally, idle for 3 to 5 minutes. During the operation, pull the clutch handle and adjustment handle according to the direction indicated to check whether there is any abnormality. After the machine runs normally without load, start to use.
