Inspection cycle requirements for electric winch

(1) The electric hoist shall pass the inspection according to relevant standards under the following conditions:

a. The electric hoist in normal operation shall be carried out once every two years;

b. The electric hoist that has been overhauled, newly installed and transformed shall be delivered before use;

c. For electric hoists that have been idle for more than one year, before reuse;

d. After storm, earthquake and major accident, the strength, stiffness, stability of components and importance of mechanism may be damaged.

(2) In case of heavy work and harsh environment, the regular inspection cycle shall not be less than once a month, and the regular inspection cycle shall not be less than once a year.
