Noise Source Of Scrap Rebar Straightening Machine

When the traction force and speed of the scrap rebar straightening machines are small and low, its noise is far lower than the standard limit, and it is easy to control; However, when the traction speed is high and the traction force is large, to ensure that the noise does not exceed the standard, effective measures need to be taken from various links such as design, process, material and quality inspection. We have conducted tests for the above possibilities, but through three experiments, 

it is found that the noise level of waste steel bar straightener is weakly related to chassis structure, stiffness, frequency and other factors, and the noise level is strongly related to moving parts. Therefore, chassis design structure and manufacturing quality are not the reasons for exceeding the noise standard.
