Vertical rebar cutters are used for fixed use on the steel bar processing production line of the component prefabrication plant. Working principle: the flywheel shaft is driven by the motor through a pair of pulleys, then decelerated by the three-stage gear, and then the eccentric shaft is driven by the sliding key clutch to realize the round-trip movement of the moving blade and cut off the reinforcement with the moving blade. 

The clutch is controlled by the handle to engage and disengage, and controls the up and down movement of the moving blade. The pressing device drives a pair of helical gears with internal threads to move the screw up and down and compress the reinforcement with different diameters through the rotation of the hand wheel.
