Method of replacing saw blade of band saw:

When replacing the saw blade, first open the upper and lower guard doors, loosen the fixed screws of the sliding plate, turn the lifting hand wheel to lower the upper saw wheel and loosen the saw blade, take out the old saw blade, put the grinded saw blade on the upper and lower saw wheels, pay attention to the sharp angle of the saw blade downward, do not turn up, and then turn the lifting hand wheel to raise the upper saw wheel and tension the saw blade. 

Then turn the upper saw wheel by hand to see whether all the sawteeth are exposed on the outer side of the saw wheel rim. If not, adjust the upper saw wheel until the sawteeth are exposed on the rim, move smoothly on the edges of the upper and lower saw wheels and are perpendicular to the worktable.
