Operation Guide For Mortar Spraying Machine

Once the mortar spraying conveying pipe of the spraying machine  is blocked, turn the switch to the manual position, only turn on the compressor, remove the quick connector in front of the pump head, and then plug the nozzle downward. The wind pressure generates reverse pressure to blow out the remaining slurry of the conveying pipe. After the quick connector is installed, start normal work.

During the operation of mortar spraying machine, the shooter shall wear safety helmet, protective glasses, protective clothing and other protective articles.

The pressurization rubber sleeve and the pressurization screw are vulnerable parts. In order to prolong the service life, the pressurization stator bolts are more loose during the initial use. When the pressure is reduced and the flow is significantly reduced, the compression bolts are adjusted to make them work normally.
