1. Maintain the cleanness of the machine body and remove the dirt and obstacles on the machine body.

2. Check the oil, circuit and control equipment at each lubricating place, and fill lubricating oil as required.

3. Before each shift, add water to the mixing drum and idle for 1-2min, and check the reliability of the clutch and brake device.

4. During the operation of concrete mixer, check whether the noise of motor, reducer and transmission gear is normal and whether the temperature rise is too high,

5. After the end of each shift, the concrete mixer shall be carefully cleaned.
