• carefully check whether the lubricating device is in good condition before startup, and carry out necessary lubrication when necessary.

• check that the blade, cutting tool bar, punch, female die, etc. are intact, the tooling used is consistent with the product and process, installed correctly and fastened firmly.

• when starting the equipment, only when the feeding device is disconnected can the main motor be started to drive the flywheel to rotate. Only wait for the flywheel to run at full speed before turning on the feeding device When stopping the equipment, disconnect the feeding device first.

• after adjusting the cutting mechanism, the clearance between the cutting mechanism and the die holder must be checked. It is strictly prohibited to start the equipment without inspection.
