Preparation before operation of magnetic gas pipe cutter：

(1) Before cutting operation, all equipment and safety devices must be checked for correct installation and normal operation of various equipment.

(2) Determine whether the fuel gas pressure is within the normal range and has been correctly connected with each other. The gas pressure after decompression is generally 0.05 ~ 0.09mpa, and the specific value is related to the selected cutting nozzle model and cutting thickness.

(3) Check whether the cutting nozzle is defective or damaged, such as cracks, cracks and wear. If necessary, it should be replaced by qualified personnel, and check whether all air port interfaces have signs of air leakage.
