The correct operation method of the steamed stuffed bun machine:

1. Install the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt is removed before packing. The conveyor belt is fixed by four bolts. Just align the bolts with the four holes on the machine. After installation, check the tightness of the conveyor belt. Do not tighten or loosen it too much.

2. Open the back cover of the machine and take out the grounding protection wire. Bundle a metal bar on the grounding protection wire and place it on the ground to protect the safety.

3. The main power switch of the machine is on the control box on the side of the machine. The green key is ON, and the red key is OFF. Turn on the main power switch.

4. First turn on the forming plate switch, then turn on the flour feeder switch and the filling machine switch. The corresponding controller with adjustable flour and filling above the flour feeder switch and filling switch is used to control the flow of flour and filling. The adjustable controller with adjustable height and filling from small to large is used to let it idle to observe whether each part is normal, whether there is shaking or abnormal sound. After checking, turn off the adjustable controller with adjustable flour and filling

5. Open the forming disk cover and add some edible oil on the contact surface between the forming blocks to ensure its lubrication to reduce friction.

6. After the above work is completed, wipe the machine clean.
