Operating Instructions for Mortar Spraying Machine:

1. Turn on the power, press the start button, and the screw pump starts to work. If the steering is reversed, press the Stop button to stop the machine. Adjust the power supply and the reverse start, and change the direction of rotation. If the direction is opposite, the material will not be discharged.

2. Inject a small amount of water into the inlet of the delivery hose, or wet the delivery hose with water pumped by the screw pump, and then gradually drain the water in the pipe from the outlet. The drainage shall be clean and no residual water shall be left in the pipe

3. Bind the air duct and mortar duct side by side. Connect the air duct to the spray gun.
