Plate Compactor
Working Principle Of Vibrating Plate Compactor
The vibrating plate compactor must maintain a certain jumping height when working, usually between 0.4 and 0.8mm. When the vibrating plate compactor reaches the same excitation force, the higher the working frequency of the plate compactor, the smaller the required vibration mass, and thus the lighter the overall weight of the compactor.
However, due to the fact that most flat compactors use gasoline engines as the power source, and the limited vibration that gasoline engines can withstand, the higher the operating frequency, the higher the vibration isolation requirements, and thus the higher the technical requirements for each component.
