Maintenance of hydraulic winch motor

The motor is an important part of the hydraulic winch, but also the most expensive part of the hoist. If it is damaged, the maintenance or replacement cost will be very high. Therefore, we remind customers to take good care of the motor of the winch or winch. The maintenance method is as follows:

1. The operating environment should be kept dry, the motor surface should be kept clean, and the air inlet should not be blocked by dust and fiber.

2. When the thermal protection of the motor continuously acts, it is necessary to find out whether the fault is from the motor or overload or the setting value of the protection device is too low. After the fault is eliminated, it can be put into operation.

3. The motor shall be well lubricated during operation. The general motor runs for about 5000 hours, that is, the lubricating grease should be supplemented or replaced. When the bearing is overheated or the lubrication is deteriorated, the hydraulic pressure should change the lubricating grease in time. When replacing the grease, the old lubricating oil should be removed, and the oil groove of bearing and bearing cover should be cleaned with gasoline. Then, zl-3 lithium grease should be filled into 1 / 2 (for 2 poles) and 2 / 3 (for 4,6,8 poles) of the cavity between the inner and outer rings of the bearing.
