Sources Of Chassis Noise Of Electric Loader

We believe that the design and manufacture of the chassis of the electric loader may cause noise: ① the chassis adopts a box structure, not all welds are continuously welded, the length and high and low positions of the welds of each chassis are different, there are great individual differences in the rigidity of the chassis, and some produce resonance effect. If the machine has a little vibration, the noise will be amplified; 

② The chassis of the electric loader is welded by steel plate and does not have the function of shock absorption and noise elimination. If its natural frequency is close to the gear meshing frequency, it may cause large common vibration of individual machines due to weak and small gear vibration, resulting in the increase of noise value.
