Various Preparations For The Pile Driver Before Work

Before the pile driver works, the following preparations shall be made:

1. Ask the construction personnel about the construction conditions and tasks, problems found in the construction and matters needing attention of the shift.

2. Adjust the position of the variable speed gear of the pile driver according to the vibration force required by the construction personnel.

3. Check whether the insulation of cables and wires is good. Check whether the controller contacts are in good condition and the boundary is correct.

4. Check whether the voltage of the power supply meets the requirements.

5. Lubricate and maintain all parts according to daily maintenance items.
